The submission process is double-blind, meaning that authors must not include any identifying information in their manuscripts. At least one author must register at the non-student rate and present the paper in person for it to be included in the proceedings, which will be published by ACM and made available through the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and ACM Digital Library.
