Overview
The 1st Workshop on Human-LLM Collaboration for Ethical and Responsible Science Production (SciProdLLM 2025) is set to take place on December 23 and 24, 2025, in Mumbai, India, alongside the IJCNLP-AACL 2025 conference. This workshop aims to create a platform for researchers to present and discuss the integration of large language models (LLMs) into scientific workflows, emphasizing human-centered approaches that promote ethical usage.
Background & Relevance
As the use of large language models continues to expand in various domains, understanding their role in scientific research becomes increasingly critical. Human-LLM collaboration can enhance research productivity, but it also raises ethical questions about responsibility and the quality of outputs. This workshop will address these concerns by focusing on how LLMs can be effectively integrated into the research process, from ideation to publication, ensuring that ethical standards are upheld.
